President Ruto Opens Door for Muturi and Linturi, Vows to Work With All Leaders of Goodwill

President William Ruto has once again extended a welcome to former National Assembly Speaker Justine Muturi and former Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Mithika Linturi, signaling that he is ready to collaborate with all Kenyans of goodwill in his administration.

Speaking during the Nyota Capital disbursement event at Kinoru Stadium in Meru County, Ruto emphasized that he holds no personal grudges against the two leaders and is willing to give them roles in government should they choose to return.

“Mimi Nikiwa Hapa Meru Leo, nakaribisha Akina Muturi na Linturi katika serikali. Niko tayari kufanya kazi na viongozi wote ili tuletee Wakenya maendeleo,” he said.

He further added, “If they want to rejoin the government, let them come because we have enough space for them and there is something for all of us.”

Ruto underscored that political differences will not prevent him from working for all Kenyans, regardless of whether they support him or not. He reiterated his commitment to ensure every region benefits from development initiatives.

“Mimi nafanyia Wakenya wote kazi. Kila kona lazima ipate maendeleo, na ndiyo maana niko tayari kufanya kazi na viongozi wote. Kwa hivyo wale wanaotaka kurudi, karibuni sana nyumbani,” he added.

The President’s remarks highlight his inclusive approach to governance, inviting leaders who have previously been outside the government fold to contribute to national development.
