Wanaume Kwisha Sasa: Kenyan Lady Infected With HIV by Ex-Boyfriend, Advised to Pass the Virus to Other Men

Getty Nyambura, a young Kenyan woman, is going through one of the most painful moments of her life after receiving shocking news from her ex-boyfriend. According to Getty, the man she had been in a relationship with for several years confessed that he had infected her with HIV.

Speaking in a TikTok video, Getty explained how her ex-boyfriend told her to go to the nearest hospital and test for herself if she wanted proof. 

“He told me to go and test so I can see the truth myself,” she said.

When Getty got her test results, her worst fears were confirmed. She tested positive for HIV. The news left her devastated, and she broke down in tears. Adding to the pain, her ex-boyfriend showed no remorse and instead gave her cruel advice. 

“He told me that since I am already infected, I should also pass the virus to other men, just like he did to me,” she revealed.

Getty said that their relationship had ended over minor personal issues. She said she trusted the man and never expected such betrayal.
