ODPP Announces 217 Job Vacancies Across Multiple Departments

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) has opened applications for 217 job vacancies in various departments, offering opportunities for qualified candidates to join Kenya’s prosecution and administrative services.

Positions Available

According to the public notice issued by Director of Public Prosecutions Renson Ingonga, the recruitment covers the following roles:
140 Prosecution Counsel
5 Accountants
4 Supply Chain Management Officers
5 Research Officers
2 Audit Officers
5 ICT Officers
5 Public Affairs and Corporate Communication Officers
25 Clerical Officers
26 Office Assistants

Application Guidelines

Applicants are required to submit their applications online via the ODPP careers page or the official recruitment portal. 

Hard copy applications will not be accepted. The deadline for submissions is March 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EAT.

The ODPP emphasized inclusivity in its recruitment, stating:
