Speaking during an interview with Tuko, the woman identified as Liza Ochieng claimed that she had received requests from Kenyan women who wanted her to infect their cheating husbands with HIV.

In a statement, the socialite and content creator alleged that the women had promised to pay her better if she agreed to carry out the act. According to Ochieng, the women told her they would convince their husbands to visit her so that she could spend time with them.

Ochieng further claimed that the women had expressed anger over their husbands' alleged infidelity and wanted her to infect them with HIV so they would stop cheating, leaving many Kenyans shocked by the allegations.
